3. Changes & Cancellations
- Changes to order dates must be requested in writing via email at least 7 days prior to the event.
- Significant design changes may not be accommodated at the last moment. If accepted, additional charges will apply.
- Finalized designs agreed upon at the time of booking are binding in all respects.
4. Product Handling & Storage
- Cakes and desserts must be refrigerated until 1 hour before serving.
- Mithaas Bakery will not be responsible for changes in texture, appearance, or taste if products are not stored correctly.
- Customers are responsible for safe transportation. Cakes must be kept on a flat surface in an air-conditioned vehicle and should not be left unattended in a car.
- Once products leave our premises or are delivered, we are not liable for damage caused by mishandling, storage, or transport.
5. Allergies & Dietary Information
- While we offer eggless, vegan, and gluten-free options, our kitchen handles common allergens such as nuts, gluten, soy, and dairy. Cross-contamination may occur, and we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of ordering.
6. Delivery & Pickup
- Delivery services, if offered, are subject to availability and additional charges.
- We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen events beyond our control.
- For pickup orders, customers must adhere to the agreed pickup time. Products not collected on time may compromise quality, and we accept no liability.
7. Intellectual Property
